The Pool Process
Okay, so what's the pool building process?
Let me take you through it step by step.
The following is a pretty standard chronology. But there's more than one way to skin a cat, so don't worry if we don't follow this procedure to the letter.
1. We will visit your home and stake out the site for your new pool. We'll also begin getting the necessary permits.

2. Step two is digging the hole. You'll want to point out any areas you want protected and we will make sure that any underground cables and pipelines are located and avoided. A word to the wise: Don't be shocked when the backhoe arrives. It will only be needed to dig the hole.

3. Step three is setting and leveling the substructure. Your pool wall panels will be either non-corrosive structural polymer or corrosion-resistant steel.

4. Next the concrete footing will be poured, securing the substructure in place.
5. The plumbing pipes, return fittings, skimmers, main drains and light niche are installed and run back to the equipment pad.

6. Then we backfill around the pool

7. Brick Coping is installed if Purchased

8. The concrete deck can be poured

9. Next is the pouring, troweling, sculpting and leveling of the pool floor.

10. The vinyl liner is put in place and set in the coping track. A vacuum is positioned behind the liner to hold it in place as the pool is being filled with water.

11. With the liner now in place and water continuing to be added, holes are cut for hardware and accessories and the water filtration system is plumbed.

12. The finishing touches. Add the deck and patio, music, landscaping and there you have it - an open air rec room - right in your back yard. Once the concrete has time to set and cure the Diving Board and Slide can be installed, along with the AutoCover (if Purchased)

13. Just add kids and have some fun

Be Aware.
14. And speaking of safety, you must read all the safety information that comes with your pool before you dip so much as a toe in the water. It's always wise to look before you leap.
